Reports

SimpleStart is a private work time and pay tracking app. Accounts are created by an administrator, and workers use the app to sign in, choose an assigned job, and record start and stop times.

Information We Collect

  • Account information, such as email address, display name, and user ID.
  • Work records, including assigned jobs, start and stop times, duration, device ID, and sync status.
  • Payroll reporting data, including worker title, job rate, earned amount, payment status, and pay batch records.
  • Authentication and security information needed to keep users signed in and protect the service.

How We Use Information

  • To record work sessions and show unpaid earnings to workers.
  • To give administrators reporting, payroll review, job access, and payment tracking tools.
  • To maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and operate the app.

Service Providers

SimpleStart uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and cloud APIs. The reporting website may be hosted by Netlify. These providers process information only as needed to operate the app and dashboard.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Work and payroll data is available to authorized administrators and to the signed-in worker where the app provides worker-facing views.

Data Retention And Deletion

Work and payroll records are kept as needed for reporting, payroll, accounting, and business records. Because accounts are administrator-created, users should contact an administrator to request account access changes, corrections, or deletion.
